Fruit juices are very good for health, when the people taking fruit juice daily in their breakfast could help to maintain their health. They should daily take a different fruit juice so that they could get all nutrients to their body that is in need of them. if the people are continually taking one fruit juice this not healthy they could get the only one nutrients to their body and they don’t get the others. If they keep on continuing to take this they cold get the deficiency problems in their body that is not good for them. When they take fruit juice they should try to avoid the sugar they could use the honey or without sugar they could take them. When they take more amount of sugar their body could gradually gain more weight this not well for health so they should try to avoid milk and sugar in them. During summer they should have more number of fruit juice so that they could maintain their body cool and that could increase the level of water in their body. Thus fruit juices are very healthy to the people they should try to drink at least once a day.
